How does your No Upfront Fees Credit Repair service work?
You only pay for results! It's that simple. If we don't perform, you don't pay. Our no upfront fee credit repair uses the laws that govern the credit reporting industry for our client's advantage. We challenge the creditors and the bureaus to validate that they have complied with any and all laws. It is through this series of effective disputes that ultimately cause the negative disputed information to be removed. We know the laws!

How long is this process going to take?
It varies, based on what kind of information we must challenge. Even though we have seen results in as little as 10 days, it may take longer based on many factors beyond our control. The average profile is complete in 2 to 3 months but the contracted period for service is 12 months.

Can all negative items on my file be removed?
With our assistance and document processing, our clients have had great success with bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, medical bills, credit card, inquiries, late payments, old addresses, judgments and tax liens. It is unlawful for anyone to guarantee the removal of any item on your credit report. However, the law gives you the right to dispute any particular item and if the bureau and/or creditor can't validate that it complied with all governing laws that item can be removed. Through our services, our clients can see their credit score increase 10 points or more in the first 35 days.

When do I pay for services performed?
No money is paid in advance. Upon changes to your credit report you will receive responses to the disputes mailed to you directly from the bureaus. Those are to be forwarded to us. In addition, once monthly we will request a fresh report from Credit Check Total to validate all work done. At that point an invoice is created, emailed and your chosen method of payment used.

What forms of payment will you accept?
We require all clients to complete an electronic check agreement to process payments when they are due. Clients can also use one of our online escrow suggestions. Clients always receive advance notice of payments and have the ability to determine when they are processed. Balances must be paid in full prior to any additional work being completed.

How and when will I know what has been done?
Both the updates mailed by the bureaus and/or the credit reports will validate the work done. These will be posted to your account online for you to view at any time. We also provide an online link for you to review your account and the work we've performed.

Can the negative items removed come back?
It is rare but if the creditor and account that No Upfront Fees Credit Repair caused to be removed or updated returns we will attack it at no additional costs. However, if the account was sold to a different collection agency it is not covered and requires additional payment based on the posted fee schedule.

How much can I expect my score to increase?
It is unlawful for anyone to promise or discuss the impact of this service on your credit scores. They have as much to do with the positive items on the report as they do with the negative items that may be removed.
